Library Card Activation Request

Your LCCC student ID is also your Reid Memorial Library card. To activate your card please complete the form below. You may also activate your student ID by bringing it to the Library Circulation Desk. If you do not have a student ID, you will need to make arrangements to get one. (See the schedule below for more information regarding where to get your student ID). When your account has been established, the 14 digit barcode number on your student ID can also be used to access Library databases remotely through the Library web page.
